Returns & Refunds Please contact us if you need to return an item. Our restocking charge on stocked items is 20%. If you wish to return a special order item the restocking charge may go as high as 40%. When returning an item customer will pay freight charges both ways. If the reason for the return is L.G.Rathbun companies fault we will pay the freight. All returns must be in new condition.
